REACH is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for persons with developmental disabilities in the Tri-Valley. Our Mission is to provide resources, education, activities, community participation and housing opportunities that will enable adults with developmental challenges to live full and independent lives REACH owns 9 homes in Livermore and Pleasanton. In addition to quality, affordable, independent, shared housing, our REACH Scholarship program offers financial assistance for sports activities, excursions and social events. REACH has no paid staff and is amazingly efficient with financial resources; every dollar donated goes to serve our Tri-Valley special needs population directly. REACH was established in 1990.
