Axis Community Health is a community health center that provides medical care, mental health counseling and addiction counseling services for everyone in the community. Services include, but are not limited to: immunizations & flu shots, TB tests, pregnancy tests, prenatal care and obstetrics, smoking cessation, counseling services, teen drug & alcohol recovery services, drug & alcohol testing, adult & geriatric medicine, women's health, and pediatrics.
