Horizons Family Counseling has been serving Tri-Valley families for over 35 years and our mission is to address the mental health needs and strengthen the relationships of youth and families in the Livermore and Tri-Valley area by providing effective, strength-based, counseling programs and services. We partner with the City, community organizations, police, and school districts to provide innovative and exceptional service to help create solutions to the challenging problems facing families today. Horizons offers many programs including counseling, case management, and parent training, among others.
