It’s been 105 years since the famous Alameda County Fair came to Pleasanton. Home to the oldest horse track in America, Alameda County Fair Association has been dedicated to hosting the annual Alameda County Fair on the Alameda County Fairgrounds since 1912. They have a welcoming facility decorated in all sorts of entertainments open to everyone, especially their prominent horse-racing, a true sight to see.
All fair and facility responsibility is held by the Alameda County Agricultural Fair Association, a private, non-profit corporation. More than 300 commercial and private events are held on the fairgrounds’ 267-acres yearly. Being non-profit, the Association is completely self-supporting and receives no funding from tax revenue. Ranked among the top 50 Fairs in the U.S., the Fairgrounds has continuously won countless awards. If you’re looking for a blast, an adventure, or simply an excuse to get your family off the couch, come enjoy a day at the Alameda County Fairgrounds. Food and fun await!
