In today’s technology-centered world, students are using technology more than ever before. Although it benefits all by saving trees by the utilization of ebooks and the increase in classroom involvement, it brings serious security problems. Students and parents are unaware that there are thousands of hackers that are a serious threat to their security online.
In order to educate parents, of the size of these threats and different valuable tips to ensure cybersecurity, Common Sense Education is hosting a “Plugged In Parents” Event on November 15th, 2018, in the Pleasanton Public Library from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. Information of this valuable event is posted in the brochure.
