In order to raise awareness about chronic fatigue syndrome, Vidhima Shetty, a 17-year-old at California High School, has published a book entitled “An Adolescent’s Guide to ME/CFS.” Referred to as ME/CFS, myalgic encephalomyelitis is a chronic fatigue syndrome caused by neuroinflammation of the brain and the spine.
