    Listening to a TED talk is a great way to spend some time learning random but often interesting and inspirational things. We’ve put together a list of our three favorite TED talks to watch in December.

    1. For the skeptics:

    Michael Norton shares fascinating research on how money can indeed buy happiness — when you don’t spend it on yourself. Listen for surprising data on the many ways pro-social spending can benefit you, your work, and (of course) other people.

    2. If you need a laugh:
